EDHEC Rendez-Vous Nice - a beautiful participation, a good sportsmanship

More than 180 participants braved the elements on Friday 14 June to attend the annual alumni RENDEZ-VOUS.

This year the OGC NICE training centre hosted the EDHEC Rendez-Vous, an opportunity for alumni to discover one of the most modern sports training facilities in Europe in terms of equipment and infrastructure. 

The evening kicked off with a tour of the facility, which impressed the group of around 100 EDHEC alumni in attendance.  Justine TONSO, in her 1st year on the ONLINE EDHEC BBA programme, silver medallist at the French national cross-country (XC) championships, National ski touring champion and silver medallist at the junior ski touring World Championships, wowed the audience with stories of her fascinating career. Listening carefully, delegates were astonished to meet this sparkling young woman aged just 19 who is pursuing her sports career and student life with such incredible determination and drive! A perfect example of #ProudlyEDHEC !    

After this presentation, they headed to the centre’s rooftop where the festivities began with hors d’oeuvres and drinks and various forms of entertainment: a boules tournament, a massage workshop and a prestigious raffle where the lucky winner received a diamond from our partner Maison Cellini.

This traditional event was a chance for attendees to catch up with old friends, chat and share their experiences, laugh and smile in a fantastic setting. It is also worth noting that the classes of 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2014 celebrated class reunions.
