The distinctive U-Multirank assessment ranks more than 1,700 prestigious schools and universities worldwide, including 62 French higher education institutions.

Initiated by the European Commission and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, U-Multirank is the first global multi-dimensional ranking allowing users to create their own personalised rankings by selecting performance indicators on teaching and learning, international orientation, knowledge transfer, regional engagement and research.

FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW, EDHEC BUSINESS SCHOOL TOPS THE U-MULTIRANK LIST OF FRENCH INSTITUTIONS.

In general, French schools and universities perform above average. Nineteen French institutions reached a top group position (‘A’ scores) in more than 10 indicators.

Twenty-one French schools and universities are among the global top 25 list in U-Multirank’s 2019 edition. EDHEC’s overall profile shows top performance across various indicators, with 20 ‘A’ (very good) scores, with a special mention for the excellence of its teaching, its international orientation and its continuous professional development and executive education. EDHEC Business School receives this way the highest number of ‘A’ (very good) scores on the institutional level for France in 2019, and for the third year in a row.

These results once again underscore EDHEC’s will to design of tomorrow’s education. In addition to global ranking, EDHEC ranks also #1 the Business & Law listing.

Since its first publication in 2014, U-Multirank has doubled the number of institutions from 850 to 1,711 and increased the coverage of countries from 74 to 96, including more than 5,153 faculties and more than 12,500 study programmes across 24 subject areas.
