EDHEC Business School is pleased to announce the creation of the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute
As a pioneer in education and research with a dual culture of law and management for nearly 30 years, EDHEC Business School is pleased to announce the creation of the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute. This initiative embodies the School’s ambition for the hybridisation of knowledge, one of the 7 battlefronts set out in its 2025 strategic plan, « Impact Future Generations ».
Through the creation of the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute, the School is asserting its goal of becoming a world reference in the field of augmented law by positioning the knowledge, role and skills of legal experts at the centre of the transformations affecting businesses and society.
“The creation of the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute is one of the first tangible steps in our 5-year “Impact Future Generations” strategy. It is part of a specific academic approach that involves using research to serve both our future graduates as well as businesses and wider society. The law is now an essential discipline for anyone wishing to understand and act in response to the different crises affecting the contemporary world. We hold the conviction that the complementarity between different forms of knowledge will enable tomorrow’s managers to better decipher their environment and find the answers they need to the complex questions that await them,” commented Emmanuel Métais, Dean of EDHEC Business School.
The EDHEC Augmented Law Institute is built on 3 pillars of strategic development: its offer of hybrid courses, its research in the service of the legal sector and its Legal Talent Management platform.
