Club EDHEC’Elles acts in committed and inspiring ways to develop leadership among women. Located in Paris, it offers inspirational conferences available via streaming, networking events and feedback sessions. Its programme also includes personal development workshops.
The club’s leitmotif is to develop a shared vision and collective intelligence by addressing a range of chosen topics with its guest speakers.
Here are the core issues addressed:
- VISION: what do we bring to the organisations we work for?
- MISSION: what is the specific contribution and experience we use to develop the vision of these organisations?
- AMBITION: what status do we seek to achieve?
- ROLE: what type of skills to we develop and how can we improve them, both in terms of expertise and behaviour?

“Wonderful encounters, new ideas, and a wealth of content with access to everyone’s contributions! Club Edhec’Elles is something I personally got involved in recently, at the end of 2015. It offers a dynamic experience on an everyday basis. The issues facing women above all relate to the wealth of talent – male and female – found in our organisations, through a spirit of collective intelligence! The most powerful events held in the club’s history include testimonials by charismatic women, some of whom come from unusual backgrounds, such as fighter pilots!” (Natacha Lasbley) |
