Within the frame of the MSc in Strategy & Organisation Consultancy, Capgemini Consulting, our Corporate Programme Sponsor is leading a comprehensive seminar on Transformation Consulting. As the founders of Business Transformation Consulting, Capgemini consultants will explain how to trigger change in business, how to design the transformation strategy and implement it across the organisation. Edhec students will discover during this course key proprietary methodologies to create innovation & flexibility and to sustain & measure results.
Starting on February 18th on the campus in Lille, the seminar aims at enabling EDHEC students experience an accelerated transformation project over 3 months: they are expected to present their recommendations through role played steering committees and will be strongly challenged by Capgemini consultants. In total, they will practice this exercise four times with different issues to tackle on the same case study over the period. That for, Capgemini Consulting created nine case studies illustrating the diversity of missions handled. As a culmination, the final case study will be presented in Capgemini Consulting Office in Paris in front of a Grand Jury composed by Capgemini Consulting VPs.
To be fully prepared, the different modules have been designed to develop EDHEC student's consulting and soft skills. For instance, through the written communication, students will learn how to structure their presentations, to practice logical writing and storyboarding. These training sessions promote effective team work as homework in sub-groups completes the course. This seminar has been organised as a synthesis of the MSc in Strategy & Organisation Consultancy programme. Students should be able to capitalise on all sessions attended.
