The programme

Join BP’s prestigious Eurograduate programme and you’ll be expected to take up three diverse placements, in different business functions and in two or three countries over a five-year period. Starting with a position outside your home country, you will gain instant exposure to a wide range of commercial activities.

Entry requirements

  • a high technical degree at Masters level or equivalent (industrial engineer, management of technology…). The combination of engineering with a specialisation in business is particularly valued
  • a business related experience (through dual degree technical+business, internships or jobs)
  • fluency in English and in at least one of the following European languages (Dutch, French, German or Spanish)
  • European mobility is key
  • proven international studies or working experience

Learning and development

This early development programme has been running since 1992 and it is our intention to recruit high performing talent through this programme. This is a truly international programme, with opportunities to work in one of our R&M businesses, at one of our major locations in Europe, from day one. It has been specifically designed to promote early responsibility, to generate in-depth understanding of our values and culture and to help you gain awareness of our diverse global business.
