The programme
Join BP’s prestigious Eurograduate programme and you’ll be expected to take up three diverse placements, in different business functions and in two or three countries over a five-year period. Starting with a position outside your home country, you will gain instant exposure to a wide range of commercial activities.
Entry requirements
- a high technical degree at Masters level or equivalent (industrial engineer, management of technology…). The combination of engineering with a specialisation in business is particularly valued
- a business related experience (through dual degree technical+business, internships or jobs)
- fluency in English and in at least one of the following European languages (Dutch, French, German or Spanish)
- European mobility is key
- proven international studies or working experience
