As an EDHEC graduate, the Career Centre For Life offers you an appointment for support throughout your professional life. This personal guidance interview is free of charge and involve an hour-long discussion of your career in complete confidentiality, by video link or in person.
To sign up, choose your consultant based on your level of experience and availability, then make an appointment directly by selecting one of the available timeslots via Calendly. Make sure you will be available for the chosen time and commit to attend so as not to deprive someone else of a timeslot.
Three coaches and consultants are on hand to discuss any subject linked to your professional development, such as a problem you are encountering, a choice you need to make or questions you may have about your career going forward.
Each EDHEC graduate is entitled to one career interview per year. To make the most of this appointment, 48 hours in advance make sure you send your consultant a copy of an up-to-date CV, any background information that may be useful and the topic you wish to work on during the appointment.

JEAN PATRICK MANZONI

Jean-Patrick’s mission is to help create the perfect match between organizations and people: first by considering what the organisation has to offer and is expecting, and second by looking at the experience, capabilities and aspirations of the candidate. He works on all types of industries and seniority levels, with a particular focus on IT and digital tech.
As a Placement consultant & Careers coach at the EDHEC Career Centre, he accompanies young graduates from the moment they begin looking for work until they sign their first job contract, which will shape the rest of their professional lives. He shows young graduates how to access the EDHEC network using techniques from the Executive Search, developed at the Career Centre under the name Reverse Hunting.
Jean-Patrick holds dual French and Canadian citizenship. He spent a few years studying the way human beings work (BA in Philosophy at Université Paris Sorbonne and BSc in Psychology at Université Paris Descartes), before going on to examine the business side of the equation (MSc in Business Development and Key Account Management at NEOMA Business School). Along the way, he spent a semester at Harvard University and one year at York University (United Kingdom).

SILVIA MARICHALAR

Silvia Marichalar has worked internationally in human resources for 16 years in education, finance and consultancy. She served as HR Manager for a consultancy firm in Madrid and also worked as a Recruitment & HR consultant in Madrid, Paris and London.
She was an International Career Coach for EDHEC Alumni for 7 years and continues to collaborate with the Career Centre for Life, providing career advice to help our alumni around the world through their career transitions. Today, her main clients are international executives and companies from a wide range of countries. She speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian.

JACQUES BALDUCCI

Jacques is a Certified professional coach. He is currently developing the offer at the Career Centre for Life and accompanying EDHEC Alumni with career topics they may wish to explore. Jacques also has his own coaching firm where he helps companies and top executives with issues like organisation, filling new positions and management.
Jacques developed his management expertise internationally in the world of media and surveys for more than 25 years. He served as International Commercial Director for the survey institute Médiamétrie, after developing commercial advertising for the news channel Euronews. Jacques has also taken on various roles as group leader for surveys and marketing at TF1.
