Back on the first Edhec'Elles workshop : assert with assertiveness or find a balance between the compliance and rebellion

Thursday, April 25, the first Edhec'Elles workshop brought together 13 participants, around an expert of the subject under discussion, Isabelle Bedikian, on the theme "Assert with assertiveness."

Do you know what assertiveness is?  How the implement it to improve communication?

After a round of introductions and presentations of difficulties encountered in the workplace, we were able to understand what assertiveness is. It can be summed up by the following words:
"Be close with my ideas and gentle with others" or "the balance between compliance and rebellion!"

The workshop was followed by pragmatic explanations and feedback from real-life situations, based on the experience of participants. These discussions took place during the cocktail at end of the workshop.
