Brief presentation

Based in Chicago, IL (USA), I am part of the Advisory Services practice of EY. I have more than 4 years of experience advising leadership on strategic initiatives, operations improvements, and change management. I am passionate about helping companies navigate the transformative age and grasp digital opportunities including artificial intelligence and Blockchain. My experience spans multiple industries, including Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Professional Services, and Real Estate. I have also led cross-functional teams and effectively managed stakeholders in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. I graduated from Georgetown University (MBA 2017) and EDHEC Business School (EDHEC BBA 2013). During my time at EDHEC, I had the privilege to be President of EDHEC BBA Junior Consulting, the Junior-Enterprise of the EDHEC BBA program and contribute to its growth. Most recently, I was the recipient of the EDHEC BBA Engaged Alumni of the Year Award (2015) for outstanding contribution to the alumni network including founding and leading multiple alumni chapters in North America (NYC, Washington DC, and Chicago), taking part in school-sponsored student mentoring programs, and advising students and alumni on expatriation to the United States as an EDHEC Resource.

Reasons I wish to join the EDHEC Alumni Board of Trustees

I believe in challenging the status quo and developing EDHEC's brand internationally to provide greater opportunities for members of the EDHEC network. To have an impact, I plan on leverage my dual-education from leading European and American Business Schools (EDHEC Business School and Georgetown University), my US professional experience at Altran and EY, and my knowledge of the US job market (Coached 300+ MBA, Masters, and undergraduate students from 20+ countries at leading universities such as EDHEC, HEC, Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, American University, and Harvard University). This is the unique experience I bring to this board to develop a broader and richer perspective for students and alumni.

My proposals for this mandate

To reinforce our EDHEC brand in France and overseas and give more opportunities to students and alumni, my primary focus is:
- Building better tools and enablers for recruiting in France and overseas.
- Developing stronger networking opportunities and partnerships with top employers around the world.
- Putting EDHEC at the forefront of digital disruptions to navigate the transformative age.
