During my EDHEC years
Strong involvement in association activities

Student representative during Grande Ecole and MSc programmes
Chosen to represent Apprentissage programme for graduation speeches

Alongside the EDHEC graduates with whom I work, I frequently have the opportunity to appreciate the wealth of experience and skills that a diploma from our school offers us. I would now like to give back to EDHEC all that it has given us by becoming involved in the life of our association and doing my bit.

Joining a working group to reflect on the values and ambitions of EDHEC Alumni and being able to participate in the development of inter-generational exchanges will, I’m sure, be a most worthwhile investment.

EDHEC, where I was educated and equipped to face the challenges of my professional career, is very dear to me and I would be delighted to join the EDHEC Alumni Board of Trustees and share all of my energy, ideas and skills for the benefit of its development and the enhancement of its reputation.

My proposals for this mandate

My vision for this 3-year mandate is based on two core approaches:

1 – Renew the strategy tried and tested by EDHEC Alumni in recent years with a view to uniting the network, and ensure that all identified levers (events, newsletters, EDHEC Resources, graduate databases) are properly exploited.
The Board of Trustees and each of its members must oversee proper implementation of all initiatives undertaken.

2 – Enrich the roadmap
Frame needs and conduct a satisfaction survey involving graduates to enrich the roadmap
More widely promote the shared experiences of our graduates, a source of enrichment and progress for students and alumni
“Pitch My Job” sessions involving alumni and students to encourage
Expand the mentoring programme
Establish a strategy to position EDHEC as a champion of digital technology, with tangible measures designed to unearth students’ vocations and facilitate recruitment among EDHEC graduates
Relaunch EDHEC in Tech events
Relaunch the Silicon Valley Academy and on-campus initiatives
Generate more traffic on the EDHEC Alumni website and mobile app as part of a Growth Hacking approach
For example, add a “great deals” tab to the website (as in works committees) to increase alumni involvement in the network
Make the LinkedIn and Facebook groups dedicated to EDHEC Alumni more dynamic

Career change? Moving house?
