A strengths-based, personal development programme tailor-made for busy senior executives. Designed by Elizabeth Beroud (EDHEC 1989) to meet the needs of the international EDHEC community. Coaching languages: French, English, Italian. Exclusive rate card for alumni.
Personal development, particularly when it comes to improving self-awareness, is often difficult to fit into a busy professional life. It is recognised as essential, however, in order to flourish at a senior level. It fosters an authentic leadership style that enhances personal performance and creates followship.
One of the most energising and effective personal development methods is based on understanding one’s unique strengths and how to deploy them, rather than focus on improving areas of weakness. Beroud Consulting Ltd, founded by an EDHEC alumna, has put together a strengths-based leadership development programme in collaboration with EDHEC, which can be delivered to senior executives all over the world through distance coaching. The programme is specially designed to fit into the active working lives of the senior EDHEC Alumni community.
Each of the three modules in the programme builds on the other and is geared towards helping you be your best and realise your full potential as a senior executive and develop as a leader. You will be carefully and expertly guided by our Certified Strengths Coaches to:
- develop an authentic, compelling language to talk about your strengths, and also your needs
- overcome limiting beliefs preventing your progression
- acquire a fresh perspective on your leadership style and personal development
- generate ideas and find unique solutions for your career and business challenges.
There is extensive research in the leadership development field, in particular from Gallup and Korn Ferry, to demonstrate that strengths-based coaching is a powerful approach to help you reach your full potential, filled with confidence and lots of renewable energy! Accenture, Airbus, Pfizer are just a few examples of companies who have introduced strengths-based coaching with considerable success.
Our team has coached a wide range of UK and international senior executives across several industry sectors in jobs such as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Managing Partner, Head of Procurement, Founder-Owner, …
“Knowing my strengths has given me confidence. It has made me realise that by playing to your strengths, you are being who you are. And that by owning up to who you are, you are more effective as a person and as a leader.” Partner in International Law Firm
“In addition, I would say that I feel empowered generally - I am beginning to feel comfortable now with the line between ego, confidence and arrogance, something that I have always struggled with.” Strategy Director
