March 28, 2024 will mark an unmissable event for those passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, with the Lead Innovation Day being held on the EDHEC Paris campus. Formerly known as Lean Startup Day, this event promises a day rich in learning, exchanges and practices around innovation methods and the world of startups.

Lead Innovation is much more than just a conference. It's a day entirely dedicated to exploring innovation methods, agility and transformation. Its main objective is to create a space for meeting and exchange where participants can share their experiences, learn new methods and discover effective ways of creating new business or products, whether in a company or a startup.

The event aims to enrich everyone's knowledge so that they can contribute effectively to shaping the future. With a mixed audience of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs expected from France and Europe, Lead Innovation Day aims to become a major European event in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation by 2030.

- Caroline Aumeran (EDHEC Master 2014), Change-maker and specialist in energy and the circular economy, will share her keys to building an impactful economic model.

- Thomas Schwartz-Dreyfus (EDHEC Master 2008), a experienced VP digital and marketing who has worked for Amazon and Nike, will explain the keys to success in his talk "Creating partnerships to accelerate growth".

- Claire Trachet (EDHEC Master 2010),Founder of Trachet and CFO at YesWeHack, will give you some sound advice on how to optimise the management and development of your business in her workshop entitled "When you’re flying in the dark, what should be on your radar?"

- Laurence Boyer (EDHEC Master 2002), Director of Risk & Contract Management for Faurecia Clean Mobility, will share her expertise in risk and contract management in a dedicated case study.

- Chris Lucas (EDHEC Master 1988), CEO and founding partner of GWSC Ltd and Nihco, will guide you in managing major upheavals in your ecosystem during a practical workshop.

- Olivier Lefevre (EDHEC Master 1994), Design Manager, will explore the often neglected links between design and development in his lecture "Design / Dev: looking for the lost connexion". 

- Nicolas Petitjean (EDHEC AMP 2015), Founder of collectivehoood, will lead a captivating round-table discussion on a topical subject: "Why will design leadership supplant strategy in a world of perpetual change?

- Zahid FADLI (MBA 2017)Director of Product Technology Engineering and Technical Marketing Engineering at Dell, will give you a better understanding of the evolution of customer feedback in his workshop "Evolution of Alpha & Beta".

- Marie Maurin EDHEC Master GE 2008), Change Leader and Innovation Trainer, et Lionel Exposito (EDHEC Master 2008), Experienced Entrepreneur, will be co-leading a workshop on cultural discovery and external innovation.
