Please do get in touch directly by writing to the email below to be added to the waiting list, as we are trying to get additional tickets for EDHEC Alumni.Dear EDHEC Alumni,We are pleased to announce the opening of registrations for a unique event in Bangkok: The French Grandes Ecoles Night, held in a historical location, the reception hall of the French Ambassador's Residence in Bangkok.The event will take place on Tuesday, 23rd September from 18h30 onwards.We will be joined by other French schools such as HEC - ESSEC - ESC Rennes - INSEAD, NEOMA - ENSAM - Polytechnique, for a unique chance to socialize with fellow alumni.15 spots have been reserved for EDHEC Alumni and will be allocated on a "first to book" basis. We will also be keeping a waiting list once all spots are filled, in case we can secure additional spots when all schools have confirmed their final number of participants.Thanks to the French Embassy's contribution, the participation fee has been set at only 500 THB per person and includes drinks and cocktail food.Please note some important information regarding this event:- Only registered and confirmed members through the Edhec Alumni website will be added to the participants' lists provided to the Embassy- In case of cancellation, the ticket is not refundable. We kindly request that you register only if you are certain to attend, to give everyone a chance to participate.- Once registered, payment must be made within 48 hours maximum. Beyond that, the ticket will be cancelled automatically. - Guests and +1 are not possible for this event- An official ID must be presented at the Security Point of the French Embassy to be granted access- Dress Code: Business Attire- No parking facilities are available at the French Embassy.
