On Thursday 29 November, Espeme Alumni launched a new event formula to give extra help to alumni looking for work: the CVSPEEDMEETING.

The challenge we set the participants was to present themselves and sell their CV to a recruitment agency in just 5 minutes.
3 consultants from Espeme and Edhec welcomed the 20 candidates
- Marine COISNE, Espeme 2009, consultant for STANTON WALLACE Agency and specialist in high potential candidates
- Sandra DELBAR, Espeme 2008, recruitment consultant in the Luxury and Fashion sector for HAYS Agency, retail specialist.
- Grégoire BEAURAIN, Edhec 1996, manager of Walter Flynn International Agency (specialist in direct approach recruitment of executives) and Ambassador of Edhec’s HR and Management Club

After this enriching presentation exercise, when the candidates had the possibility to exchange best practice, our consultants shared their insights on the best way to approach and optimise a relationship with recruitment agencies.

Following the success of this first career meeting that combined professionalism and conviviality, others will be organised in Paris and elsewhere in 2013.
