Conflict and climate change displaced more than 8 million people last year, an increase unseen since the Second World War. With more than 15 million refugees worldwide, crisis management and reintegration policies are under tremendous strain. Against this backdrop, how can technology help those who are suffering as well as humanitarian associations and governments?
