Definition of the product, the market and the target: 

Art4rent focuses on offering contemporary art rental and leasing solutions.
Advantages:

  • A rich and diversified catalogue of art pieces (painting, sculpture, photography, etc.)
  • A complete range of services : Art4rent takes care of every aspects of art renting from advisory, to transport, installation, renewal (free on demand), and insurance
  • An affordable solution (rent an original art piece from € 30 / month!)

  • An opportunity to replace your art pieces regularly.

Our target:
Companies who wish to:

  • Communicate externally to value their image towards clients, suppliers and shareholders
  • Communicate internally towards employees, improving the working environment
  • Decorate with contemporary art pieces without important cash outflows
  • Have the opportunity to renew on a regular basis its decoration
  • Avoid insurance, transport and installation constraints

Originality of project
Renting and leasing art is not as well-known as plants or water fountains leasing services. In France, the business is quite recent and even though the market is only nurturing, it experiences a fast growth.
In addition to our passion for contemporary art, we are convinced of the advantages of the service, notably in the current economic context. We offer the opportunity for companies to respond to their need of art through a rich and diversified catalogue, with affordable solutions (no significant cash outflows, low rental fees, tax advantage), and keeping flexibility (termination and renewal of contract at liberty, regular replacement of art pieces, we take care of insurance, installation, transport in France and abroad, etc.)

Growth perspectives
The company was set up during summer 2009. We currently have 11 clients (law firms, consultancy firms, banks, and headquarters of a construction company). For 2010, our objective is to continue to market our services and specificities. We budget to generate € 100 k of revenue in 2010.

Our website is already on-line (www.art4rent.fr). Our catalogue will be available on line by summer 2010. In the meantime it is available on request.

We pay finder fees, so if you know people who could be interested in our services, do not hesitate to contact us.
Sign new partnerships: If you run a renting or leasing business (water fountains, plant, office furniture), we offer you a mutually beneficial partnership.
