EDHEC Alumni Paris | Diversity & Inclusion Club -Projection/Debate
Join us for a captivating evening as we delve into the world of neurodiversity through the medium of film and discuss how to be more inclusive in our everyday life. Our film night will showcase two thought-provoking shorts, 30- and 15-minute long, that explore neurodiversity through the experiences of individuals. Perfect conversation-starters, they will be followed by engaging discussions and a chance to mingle over drinks. The discussions will be facilitated by Sophie Mona Pagès, EDHEC alumni whose work is focused on creating ephemeral and diverse safe spaces. Approach this event as an occasion to have vulnerable and thought-provoking conversations. We want you to learn from each other's questions and experiences. Feel free to bring non-EDHEC guests, the more the merrier!

18:45 RETRETT (2016) [30’] Retrett is about the truth-seeking movement artist Gritt (35) who, after some intense years and various defeats abroad, has to start again from scratch in Oslo. The film deals with exclusion, dignity and the difficulties of preserving one's own reality in the face of the prevailing.

20:00 LOVE (2021) [15’] LOVE challenges common misconceptions on autism and love, taking us on a rollercoaster ride of deeply-felt and amplified emotions. LOVE is an unrequited love story told through the eyes of Oscar, an autistic man.
