What makes her Queen of the network ?
Marie-Laure, global head of project finance & credit at Alcatel-Lucent, received the 2012 Women’s Award in the finance category and also received the Grand Prix Allianz for the largest number of votes over all categories. She shared her experience with the EDHEC’Elles Club members in November.
Marie-Laure is one of the women who have made decisive contributions to the development of major French exports over the last twenty years. After working in Japan as a financial analyst for Crédit Lyonnais, Marie-Laure began as a relationship manager at Citigroup, then at Coface, where, at the age of twenty-nine, she became head of project finance.  As a result of her work, Coface became one of the world’s three largest credit insurers in project finance. After her experience in banking and insurance, Marie-Laure began at one of her major clients, Alcatel CIT, as treasurer and head of sales financing. As of 2008, she has been at Alcatel-Lucent headquarters, where, as head of project finance and credit, she leads a solid team that rises to the challenges of ever-stiffer international competition with a great deal of dynamism.
