Hong Kong on 9 March, Shanghai on 11 March and Singapore on 14 March: the EDHEC Talent Centre has been on a tour of Asia this month! Manuelle Malot, director of the NewGen Talent Centre and the Alumni Career Centre, travelled to meet graduates, recruiters and talent managers in the Asian region.

The objective was to promote the expertise of EDHEC and the NewGen Talent Centre. At each session, 30 to 50 recruiters came together to attend Manuelle Malot’s presentation on the Millennial generation: how to find them and secure their loyalty.

Manuelle Malot explains: “These events allowed us to strengthen our links or, in some cases, to create new links with recruiters from a geographic area that is strategic for us. We have an ever-increasing number of students from the Asian continent, so it is important for us to have regular meetings and discussions with the recruiters in that region. That’s one of the reasons that encouraged us to hold this series of meetings once again, having first set them up two years ago. They are also held in Europe, for example in London, and in Switzerland in a few weeks’ time.”

Our thanks to Pascale Martin-Neuville for organising these events and to our local club ambassadors who used the occasion to arrange meetings between local graduates and the School’s corporate relations staff. This was a wonderful opportunity to develop the EDHEC brand internationally.
