Myriam Vacher (EDHEC Alumna 2002) is a Partner at Riviera Partners in London, specializing in executive search for engineering, product, and design leaders across Europe. She brings extensive experience from True Search, where she placed C-suite talent for high-growth, VC- and PE-backed tech companies. Previously, Myriam held strategic and account leadership roles at Accenture and focused on M&A and strategy in industry and a Big 4 firm. With an impressive track record, she’s helped companies like Spendesk, Hopin, and Back Market secure key leaders. Myriam holds an MBA from IMD, along with degrees from LSE and EDHEC, and frequently works with tech firms across Europe.
Laetitia Jerabek specializes in recruiting senior leaders across financial services, including wealth management, FinTech, and tech-driven growth businesses. She partners with Plc, private equity, and venture-backed companies, successfully placing CEOs, General Managers, and key executive roles such as Chief Risk Officers, COOs, and Corporate Affairs heads. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Laetitia led executive searches in consumer and commercial banking for a global search firm and worked in talent planning at TSB Bank. A champion for diversity, she previously co-led Russell Reynolds' Women’s Inclusion Network and sponsors their Invisible Differences Network. She holds a BA in Modern History and International Relations from Reading University.
EDHEC Alumni UK Board's Career, Diversity and Inclusion Committee
Marileen Koppenberg has been a volunteer member of the EDHEC Alumni UK Board since 2022. She also serves as the official coach for EDHEC Alumni UK, offering graduates one complimentary session per year and discounted rates on annual coaching programs. She graduated from EDHEC Grande Ecole in 1997 and launched her finance career in London, working over 15 years in banking with JPMorgan across Investment Banking and Asset Management. She later became a certified career and life coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), specializing in career progression and personal development. Marileen is also a dedicated volunteer and trustee for educational nonprofits, focusing on financial literacy for young students. She holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and has a multicultural background, being Dutch, raised in France, and settled in London.
Aisha Bah has been a volunteer member of the EDHEC Alumni UK Board since 2022.
Ronojit Dasgupta became a volunteer member of the EDHEC Alumni UK Board in September 2024. Ronojit did a dual masters from EDHEC Business School and London School of Economics and Political Science. He has worked previously in France and Luxembourg before moving to the UK. He is currently working in Financial advisory at Grant Thornton with a range of clients in the public and commercial sector. He has gone through his fair share of challenges moving from India to France and then to the UK and these challenges have shaped his curiosity and eagerness to grow. When he is not working, Ronojit loves engaging with outdoor activities such as climbing and football. Moreover, he loves traveling and meeting people from different background and cultures.
Bruno Vinel became a volunteer member of the EDHEC Alumni UK Board in September 2024. Bruno graduated from EDHEC Grande Ecole in 1988 and developed his career internationally (Spain, France, Mauritius, Morocco) before moving to the UK in 2008. He led and contributed to the start or takeover of five companies as managing director or finance director, and several projects of company restructuring, cost reduction, compliance and digital transformation in the UK and abroad. In his current role at Post Office, he is developing existing and new propositions, leading the network design with 11,650 branches, and improving the customers experience with new store design and rolling out of mail automation. During his 36-year career, Bruno faced multiple challenges, including health issues, and rebounded thanks to his resilience and positive approach to career and life balance.
