Stefania Pompili leads Sopra Steria Italia, a European leader in digital transformation offering IT services such as consulting, System Integration, Software Development, and business process management. The only woman on the Board, she joined in 2016 and became CEO in 2017. Under her leadership, the company achieved challenging objectives. In 2023, Sopra Steria recorded revenues of 5.8 billion euros. In Italy, the company employs about 1,200 people across six offices. Pompili promotes ethics and innovation, aiming for zero emissions by 2040 and actively supporting Gender Equality initiatives. Pierre-Carl Langlais is a researcher in the field of artificial intelligence and the co-founder of Pleias, a French startup specializing in training Large Language Models (LLMs) for document analysis. He has long been an advocate for Open Science, is an administrator on Wikipedia, and co-authored an influential 2020 European report on the non-commercial model for open-access journals. In 2024, he coordinates the publication of Common Corpus, the largest open corpus available for training AI models. Lucrezia Lucotti holds a master’s degree from Bocconi University and WU Wien. She worked in strategic consulting and later joined 360 Capital in 2020, a VC fund focused on investments in emerging technologies, including AI. She has gained experience in the fields of climate tech, energy storage, fintech, logistics, B2B, and B2C software across Europe, with a primary focus on Italy.
