Real Estate Club: Visit to In & Out in Boulogne

The registration deadline has expired.

In partnership with the Société Foncière Lyonnaise "SFL", EDHEC Real Estate club invites you to Boulogne-Billancourt to discover one of SFL’s latest projects on the banks of the Seine: In & Out!

Thomson’s former head offices are visible from the A13 near Saint-Cloud bridge, and from the quays at Boulogne-Billancourt and Issy-les-Moulineaux side. The 1930s architecture rises up like a magnificent symbol of one of the richest economic periods in the history of French culture.

Right next to the waterfront, opposite Saint-Cloud park, surrounded by the sports facilities of Boulogne-Billancourt and surrounded by green spaces, the site sits in a setting of omnipresent nature. Bordered by riverbank pathways and cycle paths, and linked to the public transport system and no doubt, soon, the river shuttles, the site is also part of the west of Paris urban centrality plan, the Croissant Ouest business area, which attracts and regroups the largest and most successful businesses.

The site counts almost 30,000 m² of office space, and will also include numerous services with a highly environmentally-friendly slant, both in terms of comfort and energy consumption

The visit to the In & Out building is scheduled on 25 July 2012 at 8.30 am on the site at 46, quai Le Gallo in Boulogne.
