It was created in 2016 to spearhead new research in the asset pricing and credit risk of private infrastructure investments. Since then, it has also developed ground-breaking research to document the risks and financial performance of investments in private markets, including private equity and unlisted infrastructure equity and debt, as well as the climate impacts and risks of these essential assets.
