DEVELOP YOUR SKILLS : "Creativity: activate it whenever you wish to, either alone or in collaboration with a team"
EDHEC Career Centre for life invite you to participate to the Alumni Summer Session webinar:
Creativity: activate it whenever you wish to,either alone or in collaboration with a team
This workshop first proposes to break down stereotypes associated with creativity and non-creativity so you can then launch yourself on the road to a sturdy, conducive creative confidence: operational creativity.
Operational creativity allows you to:
- Identify and be at ease with your creative strengths
- Be in top form for your contributions in creative work on a team
- Best anticipate eventual obstacles that could block your creativity
- Find resources on demand whenever your creativity is solicited
Objective
Explore the 5 drivers of the operational creative wheel to shed light on your creativity profile and its key strengths.
Challenges
Be able to mobilize your creativity on demand in a broad variety of contexts (alone, on a team and with or without any means).
Tool
The operational creativity wheel models and articulates the 5 levers of the creativity process. It allows for a rapid self-diagnosis during the 3 periods of a project:
- before launching yourself to be sure and begin the process correctly
- during the project, when it’s stuck, know how to unlock the energy
- at the end of the project to learn from it and expand your creative culture
Format
A 60-minute interactive webinar conducted in English. This is part of the 4-workshop series on Soft Skills proposed by A-LIFE and BEAUTEMPS.
Speaker:
Catherine Champeyrol
