We are welcoming Erwan Rambourg (EDHEC Master 1995), Managing Director at HSBC and author of The Bling Dynasty - Why the Reign of Chinese Shoppers has Only just Begun, a book published by Wiley in Sept 2014.
Recent reports have shown that a considerable portion of Chinese luxury spending happens overseas. In this talk Erwan will expand on this trend and talk about the importance of marketing to the Chinese consumer abroad as well as at home.

Erwan Rambourg (EDHEC Master 1995) is a Managing Director and Head of Consumer & Retail Equity Research at HSBC in Hong Kong. He has been a top ranked analyst covering the luxury and sporting goods sectors for the bank for the past ten years. Rambourg joined HSBC in 2005 after working for eight years as a Marketing Manager in the luxury industry, notably for Richemont and LVMH.
He is regularly featured in the Wall Street Journal and The Financial Times and appears regularly on CNBC and Bloomberg.
He earned his Master’s degree from Aston University (Birmingham, UK) and graduated from the EDHEC Business School (Lille, France)
