By opting for a virtual format every other year, we're helping to reduce our carbon footprint while maintaining the essence of this event: thanking you and enjoying a convivial moment of exchange for the super-committed members of our network, i.e. you and the EDHEC Alumni ambassadors!
Practical details
🕛 Tuesday, February 4, two slots to choose from:
- From 12:00 to 13:30 (French time)
- From 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm (French time)
Register at the time that suits you best and get ready for :
- A 1h15 participative live show with inspiring presentations.
- A 15-20 minute networking session in a small group to explore the theme of your choice. (Optional session)
Choose your favorite theme
When you register, choose the theme that interests you most from among those proposed below. You'll then be able to discuss this topic during the networking session, and we'll be able to find out what you're most interested in.
- Structuring your ambassador team

Extend the experience all year round
Depending on your preferred theme and schedule, we'll add you - if you like - to a WhatsApp group to get together with 5 other ambassadors.
These will be the same people you'll meet in the virtual room on D-day (if you join). You can then keep this group throughout the year.
Exchange sessions between ambassadors will be offered through your new à la carte training program (to be presented at Ambassadors Day). You'll be connected primarily with the people in your group. An easy way to stay in touch!
