Caroline is an Edhec who founded Ignition and recruited Lucas Servant, also an EDHEC, who became her partner.
Today they are 15 at Ignition including 6 EDHEC : Caroline Pailloux (EDHEC 2005), Joanne Watanabe (EDHEC 2010), Lucas Servant (EDHEC 2013), Alice Schan (EDHEC 2014), Paul de la Taille Mouflard (EDHEC 2018).
