Vcmedia works with a variety of advertisers, advertising agencies, publishers and technology providers to provide a wide range of online marketing solutions. The Operations team work to ensure that the advertising campaigns work best for both our advertisers and publishers. With the ValueClik portfolio of companies under one roof in London it offers the ideal exposure for someone entering the online marketing industry Assistant Account Manager The Account Managers look after specific advertiser accounts by setting up the campaigns, monitoring delivery and optimising performance. They work closely with the sales team and the Publisher team to improve the performance of the campaigns and grow the relationships with the advertiser. Responsibilities Will be trained to use vcmedia's technology to upload new campaigns From monitoring reports improving the performance of specific campaigns. Work with Sales team to pass information back to client and provide excellent customer service. Assistant Trafficker The Assistant Trafficker will work with the Network Account Manager to look after our network accounts by setting up campaigns and managing campaign delivery. Along with the Network Account Manager the candidate will help coordinate the trafficking process of the Operations team. The candidate will also support the rest of the Account Managers and the Technical Specialist and become a focus of trafficking knowledge and technical campaign set-up problem solving. Responsibilities Uploading campaigns - Will be trained to use vcmedia's technology to upload new campaigns. If required, support will also be given for developing knowledge of Flash, JavaScript and HTML. Monitoring campaigns - Ensuring delivery of campaign and monitoring performance through reporting tools Coordinating trafficking process - Supporting the Network Account Manager to coordinate the bookings and trafficking process of the Operations and sales teams. Supporting Client requests - Working with Sales Reps to provide excellent customer service.
