The aim of our Graduate Development Programme is to expose you to a cross section of areas within the business. During the programme (3-4 years), Graduates will be given the opportunity to develop core competencies through a programme of training activities, to review progress on a regular basis and to network within the Company. The following are some activities that you can expect to be involved in: Finance, Retail, Marketing, Commercial, Logistics, Human Resources, Information System Marketing Graduates will have experienced a broad range of roles within Refining & Marketing Total. This will place them in an ideal position to be put forward for a variety of management positions within Total UK or the Group. The closing date for the Graduate Programme beginning in September 2005 is 23rd January 2005. Selection Assessment Days will be held between February and March 2005 Location: TOTAL UK Limited 40 Clarendon Road, Hertfordshire, WD17 1TQ, UK Required skills: Education: 2.1 Degree minimum in relevant discipline. (A variety of degree disciplines will be considered for the Marketing division) Expected level of experience: Fresh Graduate Skills: - National and International Mobility - Good French Level
