Leeway is a French start-up that aims to use technology to facilitate a task considered complex and time-consuming: contract management.

CAN YOU TELL US HOW YOUR BUSINESS CAME ABOUT? 

Leeway was set up in 2019 by Antoine Fabre, Sébastien Decrême and Thibaut Caoudal. It's an intuitive and secure platform designed to enable legal departments to manage the full life-cycle of their contracts efficiently: negotiations, signing, storage and monitoring term dates.
We are proud to be able to revolutionise the contract management experience for businesses. DocuSign has radically changed this area over the last 10 years. Yet it only solves part of the problem, and it's time for us to revolutionise contract management as a whole!
We don't have legal training but we are passionate about technology and convinced that it represents an incredible opportunity to improve all of our daily lives.

HOW HAS THE EDHEC ENTREPRENEURS PROGRAMME AT STATION F HELPED YOU?

The EDHEC Entrepreneurs programme at Station F allows us to be at the heart of the largest tech ecosystem in France and even Europe. It's an incredible opportunity for us to have everything close to hand and work alongside entrepreneurs facing the same challenges as us.

WHAT ARE YOUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY OF EDHEC GRADUATES?

We are currently looking for our first clients, mainly legal staff, administrative and financial directors, business owners and SMEs for the moment.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR EARLY SUCCESSES 

Around 10 clients have already signed up to our platform. It's a real pleasure to be able to build a product from A to Z, having started with nothing, and to see how it helps our users to be more efficient on a daily basis. That makes us want to go much further!
If we had one piece of advice for entrepreneurs, it would be to launch your business as quickly as possible!

WHAT'S NEXT FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

2020 will be a crucial year for us. In March we will be officially launching our platform for our first clients. We will then continue to develop its functions with the aim of constantly improving the daily lives of those responsible for managing contracts, and finally we hope to raise funds at the end of the year.
