The lockdown makes it difficult to train, right? Well we propose to change that with our tailored challenge. Here are the rules:
1) Run alone for 1 hour within 1 km of your home. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 times a week... Who can go higher?
2) The number of kilometres you run matters little, what counts is frequency and regularity.
3) A fantastic way to expend energy while respecting the public health precautions.
And the reward for your efforts?
The winner will gain the respect of the entire EDHEC Running Club and the Lockdown Mental Warrior prize! No gifts though ;-)
