The diversity of your EDHEC Alumni network offers an extraordinary treasure trove of information and advice to move forward in your career or personal projects. The Mentoring platform, which you will find at alumni.edhec.edu, was designed to enable simple and relevant networking, whether you want to benefit from insightful advice or share your own experience. From students to young graduates and from entrepreneurs to senior executives, this programme offers the content and roles to match everyone’s needs based on the time they can invest.

Two flexible options are available: traditional mentoring for in-depth support; and “flash mentoring” for quick and targeted exchanges. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of this service.

Flash mentoring: quick and effective exchanges

Accessible to all network members, this informal format allows you to chat freely with a mentor. It's the ideal solution to:

  • Get information about a sector or career, whether in France or abroad.
  • Contact a company via a recommendation.
  • Find a potential service provider.
  • Put in place an internal process or software in your firm.

Traditional mentoring: a more lasting and in-depth relationship

When you complete your profile in the mentoring module, you can also choose to be put in contact with a mentor who will accompany you on one of the following programmes:

  • Job-hunting assistance: Get advice on how to improve your job search, optimise your CV or prepare for interviews.
  • Mentoring for international students: Learn to find your way around a foreign labour market and adapt to a new professional culture.
  • Mentoring for BBA students: Get advice to kickstart your career after your Bachelor’s degree.
  • Assistance for entrepreneurs: Whether you’re already an entrepreneur or have a project you’d like to develop, this programme will allow you to benefit from the advice of those who have already faced these challenges.

Whether you’re a mentor or mentee, traditional mentoring is a wonderful opportunity for mutual learning and establishing lasting connections.

"I have always enjoyed offering a bit of coaching to support those around me. I thought to myself, why not use my professional experience to benefit students at EDHEC? I became a mentor for two students. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It allowed me to meet new people with fantastic profiles and continue to develop my relationship with the school and its partners. I found the experience very gratifying."
Camille Bazin, EDHEC BBA 2015 and MSc 2016

How to join the Mentoring programme?

Whether you wish to provide help or benefit from having a mentor, the process is the same:
simply connect to your EDHEC Alumni account, check that your profile is correctly completed and then head to the Mentoring menu. You can choose flash mentoring, traditional mentoring ... or both!

Any questions? Consult the FAQs available on the EDHEC Alumni website or contact our staff team by email at mentoring@alumni.edhec.edu.
