Take part in our study "What perception do you have of law and lawyers for business?"

Dear graduates,

After previous studies (the last is available at on this link), the EDHEC Augmented Law Institute and the Business & Legal Forum are carrying out a study (in French) on the expectations of directors, managers and operational staff on the evolution of French law, regulations and their actors (lawyers, legal directors, legaltech, etc.).

By agreeing to answer this survey, you enable us to conduct an analysis on actions to be taken to improve the rules and the role of legal practitioners. Ultimately, this is to make business life easier while respecting societal and environmental issues in a tense competitive and geopolitical context. The law is indeed, even more today, one of the weapons of economic war.

In the context of your functions - current or past - if you have the opportunity to work with internal or external legal professionals (lawyers in particular), we would therefore be very grateful if you would take the time to answer the questionnaire below, if possible before September 10:

I ANSWER THE QUESTIONNAIRE (in French)

The estimated response time is less than 10 minutes. All your contact details and answers will be treated confidentially.

You will receive the report that will be published following this survey, the first results of which will be presented at the 12th edition of the Business & Legal Forum, to be held in Paris on October 15.

Thank you so much!

Yours truly,

Roquilly
