The EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre is the reference research centre for the study of the aspirations, behaviours and skills of the new generations.

The expectations of the younger generation are changing. In order to help companies better adapt their career offer, we are currently conducting a major study on Graduate programmes in the workplace, which are the first jobs adapted for young graduates.

Whether you are a student, young graduate, currently in a Graduate programme or if you have already participated in this type of program, we are very interested in your opinion and experience !
