A global programme

The 2-year Graduate Programme at Novo Nordisk is for talents, who have recently graduated with a master’s degree. Through 3-4 job rotations, you will gather international experience, gain knowledge across different business areas, and start building a strong network of ambitious, professional and dedicated colleagues. Choose one of 10 different routes within Business Management & Marketing, Finance & Business IT, Product Supply or R&D, and get the opportunity to develop your own individual career in a strong professional network.
