New AI Online Learning Program: The AI-Powered Entrepreneur by Tortin

EDHEC Alumni is delighted to introduce a new online learning program on AI and Entrepreneurship, launching in September 2026. Designed for entrepreneurs, solo entrepreneurs, and business leaders, this program helps participants leverage artificial intelligence to optimize their operations, accelerate growth, and scale their businesses more effectively.

The program consists of four live online sessions combining live demonstrations, real-world use cases, hands-on exercises, and practical frameworks that participants can apply immediately. Each session addresses a specific business challenge and provides participants with AI systems, proven methodologies, and operational workflows they can implement right away.

The program will officially launch on 23 September 2026 with a special dual kick-off event, featuring the English session at 12:30 pm (CEST), followed by the French session at 6:30 pm (CEST). From the following week onward, the regular schedule will be French sessions every Monday at 6:30 pm (CEST) and English sessions every Wednesday at 12:30 pm (CEST).

Module 1: Setting the Base — The AI Command Center

Participants will learn how to build a centralized AI working environment adapted to their business activities. The session focuses on configuring a Claude-centric ecosystem, structuring company knowledge, and creating a Foundational Assistant trained on the entrepreneur’s business context, tone of voice, services, and strategic objectives.

• Create a personalized foundational AI assistant
• Organize company knowledge for AI usage
• Design reusable prompts and workflows
• Improve daily productivity through AI-assisted execution

Module 2: Operations & Overhead — The Invisible Workforce

This module explores how AI can automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce administrative overhead. Participants will discover how to streamline standard operating procedures, automate document workflows, simplify bookkeeping processes, and optimize internal operations using AI agents and assistants.

• Use AI for contract review and administrative tasks

Module 3: Growth & Supercharging — Beyond Human Limits

This session focuses on AI-powered growth acceleration. Participants will learn how to rapidly prototype business ideas using vibe coding, create hyper-personalized marketing campaigns at scale, and leverage AI analysis to identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and new business positioning strategies.

Module 4: The AI Solopreneur — Scaling Without Headcount

The final module explores how entrepreneurs can scale business activities without proportionally increasing payroll. Participants will learn how to manage multiple AI agents, orchestrate automated workflows, and transition toward a lean “Company of One” operational model capable of sustaining high performance.

Our Trainer
