Graduates who achieve a minimum 2:2 pass across a broad range of disciplines including Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Management, Law, Economics and Agriculture will be considered. Throughout the recruitment process we will be looking for individuals that can demonstrate strengths in developing relationships, coping with change, resilience, planning and organising, decision-making and teamwork. On commencement, all graduates are allocated a Financial Solutions Centre in which the majority of their training takes place and where they will have the opportunity to experience working as an Associate within iFS. The training provided is comprehensive and challenging and incorporates a combination of on-the-job and competency based training, in-house workshops and external courses.
