Integrated Financial Solutions (iFS) offers customers a highly integrated business and private banking service backed by the very best of today's facilities, market knowledge and specialist expertise. The iFS sites, known as Financial Solutions Centres (FSC's) are run autonomously by the local management teams. They offer products and services tailored to the local market and benefit from a team of banking and industry specialists under one roof. iFS are looking for graduates who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and results driven. We focus on individuals with strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication, customer focus as well as excellent university achievements. Graduates who achieve a minimum 2:2 pass across a broad range of disciplines including Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Management, Law, Economics and Agriculture will be considered. Throughout the recruitment process we will be looking for individuals that can demonstrate strengths in developing relationships, coping with change, resilience, planning and organising, decision-making and teamwork. In return, you will be offered a two year fixed term contract with the National Australia Group with a competitive salary, excellent benefits and bonuses that rewards individual achievements. Graduates will also be sponsored in completing their professional banking qualification. Graduates will embark on an intensive development programme designed to provide broad exposure to different skills and an understanding of our approach to building relationships and providing financial solutions for our customers. On commencement, all graduates are allocated a Financial Solutions Centre in which the majority of their training takes place and where they will have the opportunity to experience working as an Associate within iFS. The training provided is comprehensive and challenging and incorporates a combination of on-the-job and competency based training, in-house workshops and external courses. With the right experience and support, there is significant opportunity for career advancement in a wide range of areas.
