The Graduate Programme provides commercial career in a dynamic and stimulating environment, our fast paced and challenging 18 month rotational programme includes 3 six month placements in each of our businesses that will ensure you have a solid overview of the entire organisation. These placements also include the following:

• Participation in the global CAReer graduate programme in Stuttgart (Three weeks)
• An assigned Mentor for the duration of the programme
• Personal Development Opportunities ensuring you hit your long term career goals with Mercedes Group.

We look for individuals who will share in our philosophy of 'The Best or Nothing'. You must be achievement driven, passionate and distinctive and ready to accept new challenges and have a minimum of 2.1 degree or above
