Mentoring is a collaborative program oriented to set up a helping and learning relationship between Mentor and Mentee, in order to facilitate the success of an alumni or a student professional challenge. The Mentor shares his knowledge or expertise to ensure the development of the Mentee with a specific objective, defined in advance and agreed by the pair.
Mentoring Program is developed as follows:
- Promotions by year: 2 promotions take place by year: more than 100 pairs by year!
- Number of pairs : For the current promotion (5th#) : 20 MBA pairs (alumni/students), 20 pairs (alumni), 46 pairs students (alumni/students)
- Program process: Goal definition, Mentoring Plan design, plan execution, achievements analysis and closing of the program.
- Mentoring meetings: 3 meetings a year on classroom sessions or via Streaming: Kick off meeting (mentors/mentees testimonies of the previous promotion and welcome of the new promotion, Mid-term session (Mentors/Mentees experiences sharing in Mentoring Circles), Closing Meeting (closing of the program).
- Duration: 5 months period : meetings once a month for a period of 5 months (3 meetings minimum)
- Modality: Individual face to face/Skype/telephone meetings
- Resources: On-line trainings, mentor/mentees kits, tools & resources, Mentoring Angels support available for any question or request related to the program.

Who is able to become A mentor?
Mentor is an experienced advisor who brings his knowledge or expertise in order to support a mentee for a defined professional challenge. All EDHEC experienced in a specific field, sector or geographic location may become mentors!
