Since 2006, the French institute of directors (IFA) has taken a number of concrete steps to promote and facilitate the presence of women on boards of directors with a view to reaching a target of 40%.Under an initiative by G16+ and the Grandes Ecoles that make up the network, the circle of female directors calls on all women interested in serving on a board of directors to join this highly select community.
