Jean-Philippe Gilbert, ambassador of the Sydney Club, wins the public prize in the Alliance Française de Sydney photo competition

Jean-Philippe Gilbert was at the Alliance Française Sydney on January 17, 2018 to receive the public prize of the "Tell Me Ten Words" photo competition.

 
 Jean-Philippe submit his photo of a lonely tree in a canola field in Western Australia inspired by one of the 10 French words : accent.
 
 
 
 
Each year during the third week of March, the International Day of la Francophonie gathers lovers of the French language all around the world to celebrate the French language and Francophone culture.
 
The 2018 edition of Dis-Moi Dix Mots honours speech in all forms and invites exploration of its use through photography.

The ten chosen words invite exploration of the different uses of speech, whether it be through voice, tone, accent, body language or story-telling.

Adults and Under 18 year olds who are residents in New South Wales are invited to participate in this photo competition.
