What to expect from us
• As a high potential, you will solve challenging tasks and projects in the various areas of the HR department and drive transformation within the company in doing so.
• During the 15-month program you will take on entrepreneurial responsibility, shape projects independently and spend several months on an international assignment.
• You will receive support from your personal mentor - a member of the top management - and coaching from your executive.
• You will take responsibility for developing your own potential, supported by seminars, workshops and networking events and a personal training budget.

What we expect from you
• You have completed or are about to finish a degree in humanities, social sciences, law, economics, mathematics, computer sciences,
natural sciences or technology with an above-average result and are innovatively minded.
• You convince others with your entrepreneurial behaviour and leadership potential.
• You understand the link between business and HR issues and stand out by virtue of your strong service mentality.
• Extra-curricular and social commitments are important to you and you have already demonstrated this through various activities.
• International high potentials with fluent English.
