Job Requirements: Rexam is looking for a graduate to join its HR Graduate Programme in Nienburg, Germany. In this project-based role, the post holder will introduce best practice within the Head Office and Manufacturing locations, whilst monitoring the progress from leadership development programmes. The successful applicant will also conduct morale and training needs analysis, whilst developing and introducing a performance management system and process. Candidates should have a degree in Business, Administration, HR or Psychology, and should be fluent in German and English. The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker with strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, multifunctional team with some relevant demonstrable business experience.
