Attribution:     We are currently looking for a Graduate Program Lead. In this role you will be responsible for management and implementation of a cross functional structure and process for Syngenta Graduate Programs in Finance, Information System, Production and Supply.
Your tasks:
• Lead the agreed advertising efforts, posting ads for Graduates, promote a strong Syngenta Brand amongst National, European Universities, collaborate with student associations
• Organize/manage the recruiting, assessments of new Graduates, supervise application screening for the swiss Assessment Centers and Recruiting Events
• Coordinate rotation schedules in cooperation with the responsible dedicated Line Managers and HR Business Partners
• In collaboration with the responsible dedicated Line Managers and HR Business Partners provide support and mentor the Graduates in all relevant administrational, personal and educational aspects of their development
• Maintain an on-going dialogue, support and coordinate with the responsible dedicated Line Managers and HR Business Partners
• Act as the primary contact person for internal and external questions regarding Syngenta Graduates Programs
• Support performance management and capability assessment within the Graduate Programs for Finance, I.S. and Production and Supply
• Organize Graduate events, provide HR operational support
Profil:   
 • University degree (Bachelor) in Psychology with focus on Work and Organisational Psychology, Personnel Management or other Human Resources related areas or relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Previous experience running graduates program as an advantage
• Knowledge and operational experience of recruitment and staffing practices as an advantage
• Fluent English and German required, French a plus
