GETT Europe: EDHEC creates a 100% European track

EDHEC Business School is launching GETT Europe, a new European pathway within its Grande École Programme (Master in Management) in partnership with two prestigious institutions, ESMT Berlin and Imperial College Business School. The Global Economic Transformation & Technology (GETT) pathway is a selective programme combining academic excellence and international immersion, at the heart of the transformations in the economic world, the challenges of sustainable development and technological progress. 


From September 2024, we are introducing the Europe Pathway as part of the Global Master in Management – GETT programme. This addition opens the door for students to study at three prestigious institutions in three key European capital cities: EDHEC Business School in Paris, ESMT in Berlin and Imperial College Business School in London. 

With this latest development, students enrolled in the Global Master Management – GETT will now have the option to choose from two distinct international pathways – USA/Asia and Europe ‒ enabling them to customize their worldwide academic journey.

  • Europe Pathway – Tech & Data
    EDHEC in Paris – ESMT in Berlin – Imperial College Business School in London
  • USA/Asia Pathway – Innovation & Entrepreneurship
    EDHEC in Paris ‒ SKK GSB in Seoul – UC Berkeley Haas near San Francisco

Under the guidance of new programme director Sébastien Dieuaide, the Global Master in Management – GETT programme continues to evolve, collaborating with new prestigious institutions to provide a transformative academic and cultural journey. Sébastien envisions the programme’s graduates becoming responsible leaders with a global mindset, perfectly equipped for careers with an international dimension.

The programme offers students an exciting academic and cultural experience across three key cities renowned for innovation, technology and entrepreneurship, in world-class institutions. Whether they opt for the USA/Asia or Europe pathway, students will embark on a unique academic journey, preparing them to tackle the challenges of future markets in [PM2] emerging industries and evolving sectors. With insights from Paris, Seoul and San Francisco or Paris, Berlin and London, students will gain academic excellence while immersing themselves in rich cultural and professional environments. 


Exploring the distinct opportunities of each pathway

Students who choose the Global Master in Management – GETT programme will embark on a unique academic journey at three world-class institutions in three countries. The programme will prepare them to tackle the challenges of future markets amid emerging industries, new technologies and evolving sectors. It is designed to cultivate a global mindset and foster excellence and creativity in innovation, tech and data, preparing graduates to shape the future of business.


EUROPE PATHWAY

Students will explore three key European capital cities – Paris, Berlin and London ‒ and their dynamic economic and entrepreneurial ecosystems, acquiring academic excellence in the form of outstanding foundational management skills, with a focus on data and tech management and entrepreneurship. The pathway begins at EDHEC Business School in Paris and continues in the second semester at ESMT Berlin, Germany’s leading business school, committed to educating responsible leaders, with an emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship, analytics and sustainability. During this second semester, students will study in Europe’s ‘new-age Silicon Valley’, exploring the power of data and tech, while living in a city with multiple professional opportunities. They will spend the final year of their programme at Imperial College Business School, one of the world’s pre-eminent science-based universities, consistently ranked amongst Europe’s best research-led business schools. They will have the opportunity to experience London, the world’s No.1 city for students (QS 2023), Europe’s financial capital and home to the highest number of unicorns, giving students unparalleled access to a vast network of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

On completing the programme, students will be awarded: a Master in Management – Grande Ecole degree from EDHEC Business School, a certificate from ESMT Berlin and an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College Business School.


USA/ASIA PATHWAY

Students will take a transformative journey across three continents – Europe, Asia and America ‒ and experience a wealth of academic excellence while acquiring sought-after skills in management, innovation and entrepreneurship, preparing them for a successful career in strategic consulting, finance, marketing and a host of other roles with an international dimension. Their journey will begin at EDHEC Business School, situated in the heart of Europe in the global fashion and luxury hub of Paris, with its abundant job opportunities. Renowned for its Finance and Business Management programmes, EDHEC is ranked No.7 among European Business Schools (Financial Times, 2023). The programme continues in Seoul, a city of rich history and cutting-edge technology. At SKK GSB, ranked the No.1 Business School in Korea (Financial Times, 2023), the curriculum emphasizes the development of socially responsible leaders with a focus on the digital and analytical revolution. In their final academic year, students will attend UC Berkeley Haas, ranked No.4 in the United States of America (Financial Times, 2023), where innovation is encouraged, and intellectual curiosity is championed. Here, students will have the chance to live in Silicon Valley near the iconic city of San Francisco, celebrated for its cultural diversity and flourishing tech industry, and home to more than 2,000 companies. 

On completing the programme, students will be awarded three qualifications: A Master in Management – Grande Ecole degree from EDHEC Business School, a Master in Management Studies from SKK GSB and a Diploma in Global Economic Transformation & Technology from UC Berkeley Haas.
