Celebrating women who change the world

To mark International Women's Rights Day, STATION F, the world's largest startup campus, has unveiled the new class of the Female Founders Fellowship, a programme that puts the spotlight on high-potential female entrepreneurs.

Among the 16 winners of 2025, four female founders supported by EDHEC stand out for the strength of their vision and the impact of their projects.

Chloé Roubach and Philippine Roy - Zilo Energies

Friends since their preparatory classes, Chloé Roubach and Philippine Roy co-founded Zilo Energies in 2023 with a clear mission: to democratise access to solar energy.

Incubated at STATION F in our Act For Impact incubator in partnership with BNP Paribas, they combine expertise in engineering, finance and entrepreneurship to offer an innovative solar subscription model. Together, they are making solar energy more accessible and playing an active part in the energy transition.

Heading up Newav and Abiliz, she is transforming the automotive sector to make it accessible to people with reduced mobility. Her ambition is to make it easier for people with disabilities to get around, and to rethink the role of accessibility in our societies.

Fanny Sauvée - Orus Energy

Backed by the GENERATIONS powered by EDHEC fund, Fanny Sauvée runs Orus Energy, a startup revolutionising energy management. Launched during her studies, with no previous experience in the sector, she has turned this lack of baggage into an asset: a fresh perspective to shake up existing standards. Orus Energy uses AI to optimise the flexibility of the electricity network in commercial buildings, a breakthrough that has earned it selection in Future 40 2024.
