Background Lush has 2 stores in France (http://www.lush-fr.ch/fr/index.htm) and would like to build our brand, open stores and build a strong local team. We are looking for 3 highly motivated passionate individuals to help us achieve this in the area of finance, property and retail. We are interested in a senior level person who understands the culture, speaks the language and has awareness of local markets.   Property The property market in Spain has proved to be difficult to master therefore we would like to find a person with some experience in property who has the ability to negotiate skillfully, local market knowledge and brand awareness, comprehension and understanding of lease agreements and contracts, experience within the retail sector (would be helpful) and to see a shop opening through from the beginning. Finance We are looking for a person who is commercially minded and pro-active and looks beyond crunching numbers. Responsibilities include devising ways to increase profit and revenue, cost efficiency, preparing budgets and cash flow analysis, preparing management accounts and debt management. He/she will work within a local team and report to a UK finance manager and may attend quarterly meetings in the UK.  We encourage our employees to work autonomously and to think of the business as if it were theirs.  This role is more than number crunching it is about communicating the numbers and what they mean to a team, store managers and the UK. Retail Operations Responsibility to develop brand and retail stores by taking accountability for the management of retail, maximizing sales objectives and managing store managers. This would include focusing on sales and growth, managing budgets, support store managers, merchandising, communication with managers on store issues, product release, and ensuring a standard of excellence is maintained in each store.   For all three positions we would like to see some previous experience within the retail sector and a passion and understanding of the brand and beauty industry, strong analytical skills, confidence, strategic thinking and problem solving, ambition to build a brand and make a mark, team oriented, and most important fit into the Lush culture and ethics.
