Motivation
Real pleasure and honor to work as President of the association, with a great team (including permanents, Bureau, Board and Ambassadors) that has evolved between continuity and renewal. It is a real satisfaction to coordinate& prioritize all volunteers action towards a common goal
Proud of the achievements of the 3 last years : we are becoming more professional while keeping a relaxed and constructive spirit, we are keeping making the association more international, we have established trust relationship and more common projects with the School (CRM, top executive, keep learning..).
Suggestions
The team headed by Christelle Caucheteux is actually reporting to the President of the Association and to the Dean of the School (Olivier Oger).
As Edhec school is going to go through a change of management in the course of 2017, it has seemed to me important to bring some continuity and support permanent team through this transition period.
My objective is to hand over to a successor in 3 years
