Following the creation of “Dîners d’Eloïse,” the first home-cooks brand, which is now a market leader, Emmanuel Cotsoyannis (GE 2003) co-founded “Le 8 Valois,” an 800m² reception room that is 100% environmentally friendly, located in the centre of Paris close to the Palais Royal. The Eloïse caterer has now become a real challenger in the Parisian events and hospitality industry. Although it’s still not yet 3 years old, the business turned over 3.5 million euros in 2011 and employs 16 people. Emmanuel and her partners hope to become the industry benchmark in the next 5 years, while at the same time leaving room for strong and clearly identified brands.

- A thousand organised for between 2 and 800 guests
- 15 employees, with 10 new jobs created since 2010
