EDHEC's Manuelle Malot unveils the recruitment processes of graduate programmes
To meet the challenges involved in creating a loyal young talent base, more and more leading business organisations offer international ‘graduate programmes’ and ‘fast track schemes’. In her book, International recruitment guide – Young grads and high potentials, Manuelle Malot, Careers and Prospects Director at EDHEC Business School, reviews these very tempting international programmes. Examining over 500 programmes from 230 of the major internationals, the guide sets out the content, the profiles sought and the selection criteria, and gives young graduates advice on how to stand out during the recruitment process.
The guide was written for Master level students and graduates from business management schools, engineering schools and universities, as well as young graduates with two or three years experience. It also addresses companies wishing to optimise their recruitment policies and develop a loyal pool of young grads.
